Script Analysis & Content Planning (Week 4)
For this week, I have chosen scenes from PETER PAN as this movie (both the Disney cartoon and later film Hook) was one of my favorite cartoons to watch as a child. The following scenes chosen are:
1) Pirate Ship: mood is a little dark with the raucous, boisterous, harsh lifestyle of a pirate.
2) Mermaids: playful and watery mood with ocean and sea birds in the soundscape. Mermaids are relaxing in the sunshine and chatting/giggling.
3) The Land of the Lost Boys & Tinkerbell Fairies: playful again with lots of shimmering lights from the fairies. It is where the Lost Boys live in the jungle (sounds of birds and insects) and inside an old tree is their home. It is wild and adventurous.
On the left is a slideshow depicting excepts from the Disney cartoon that I drew inspiration from. There are also some AI images on the left and below that I consider "prescenes". |

Isadora Screenshot (no audio)
I had a lot less challenges with Isadora this week as I was not using stock video. I created my own animated still images with AI Midjourney and MotionLeap. I kept the visuals simple with this staging as I wanted to understand the values and mouse watcher tools better as well as audio, which you cannot hear in this screenshot. I have uploaded them onto this page as files.
The only issue I had was with my simple fish rendered video made on Photoshop. It seemed to cut off a third of its body and it wouldn't change even after re-rendering it and re-uploading it to Isadora. Transitions ran much more smoothly this time.
